See something wrong? Tell us. We'll fix it.
ContractorCheck reflects public records. When those records are wrong, or when we've mis-joined them, we want to know. Every correction request is reviewed by a human within 72 hours.
How it works

You submit
Tell us what's wrong and, if possible, link the authoritative source (a city record, a court document, a license renewal).

We review
A human reads every request. If the issue is on our side (a bad join, a display bug), we fix it directly.

We flag upstream
If the issue is in city data, we mark the record as disputed on the page and file a correction with the data portal.

You hear back
We email you with the outcome within 72 hours. If we can't act, we tell you why.
